Which best describes your current diet? (see poll)
The poll choices are listed in alphabetical order except for the two ketogenic choices, which have been grouped together.
To assist with the choices, I have listed common macronutrient percentages associated with some of the poll options:
Baseline Diet: 45-55% Carb / 20-35% Protein / 15-25% Fat
Baseline Diet+Protein: 35-45% Carb / 35-50% Protein / 15-25% Fat
Moderate Carb/Protein/Fat: 30-40% Carb / 30-40% Protein / 30-40% Fat
Standard Ketogenic Diet: < 20% Carb / 30-45% Protein / 45-60% Fat

Well mine is a mixed version of isocaloric on training days (thuesday and thursday), lowish carb 50-150 gr on other days and with hypercaloric high carb/low fat refeeds on saturdays, which I will probably do twice a week from now on as I aproach a lower bodyfat range.
I'm taking ephedrine and caffeine and my protein intake is 1.2 gr per pound. I'm trying to get around 300 gr of veggies per day, but not always succeding on that particular goal.
So far have lost around 1 pound per week average but around 4 pounds was in the first couple of weeks which is probably water weight.
Calories have been around 2600-3000 sunday to friday and around 4500-4800 on saturdays.

Forgot to say, and no cardio whatsoever.

something like that baseline thingey, basically 400g prot, 350-500g carbs and about 110+ g fat in a day. Thats for bulking, for cutting, just cut back the carbs to around 100 for 6 days, then 300 on day 7, then repeat.

NHE, well kinda modified. I get a little more protein on carb up days and around 30grams of carbs coming mainly from veggies.
Carb up days twice a week and shoot for 16-18 BW and about 3-400grams of carbs.
Protein 1.2 - 1.5gr BW
Fat primarlily coming from olive oil, fish, cheese.
Results thus far, around 4% BF and 3llbs weightloss(if readings were accurate)
Eat everything diet but stay away from sugary/excessively greasy foods

70g carb non training days, 100g on training days with 50g of that coming from PWO drink. Saturdays are for carb loads. I shoot for 1-1.5g/lb of bodyweight, and let the fat take care of itself.

Moderate carbs, higher protein (1g/lb), moderate fat. No carbs too late in the day, only veggies at night. Shooting for 1800cals a day, for cutting.

I'm pretty close to baseline, but I get way more than .8g per pound of body weight for protein... like DOUBLE that. And my Carbs are arond 40-45%, not 55%. But that's my vote nonetheless.

Haha none of you seem to be on real diets, you just have good genes, 4% bodyfat and eating 400 grams of carbs?
