Hello everybody i'm the new kid on the block. Here's my workout for today.

Legs

Hack squat
Leg Press
Leg extentions
Leg curl
Lying Leg Curl

Two different calve exercises

No i'm not huge, just didn't have time to enter in all my weight, but starting Wednesday I'll start.

Did chest today and 1/2 hr of cardio.

Bench- 135x8 185x5 205x5 225x3 175x8

Incline bench- 155x5 175x5 185x5 185x5

Decline Bench- 135x8 155x5 175x5 185x5

Incline DB.- 60x8 70x5 80x5 85x5

Incline Fly's- 25x8 35x5 45x5 50x5


Not my best chest workout but it felt pretty good

Are you mad ?

Do Bench, Incline or Decline, And flyes.

Thats just to much. You should not be doing more than 12 sets.

Yeah I was out for a while but now back in it to whip the old mans ass. Yeah you ask him about the pancakes he had at least 8 for breakfast compared to my 3. We asked him to stop but he just kept on eatin.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway Here's my Shoulder workout for today.

Military Press- 95x8 115x5 135x5 155x3
DB. Press- 60x6 65x5 70x5 70x5
Barbell Shrugs- 90x8 140x6 180x6 230x4
Side Raises- 20x8 25x5 30x5 35x5
Seated Front Raises- 20x8 30x6 30x6 20x10

Not happy with DB press but still sore from chest, but everything else was ok. Still a long way to go to where i was.

tell yo lovely wife that the pancakes were good and when i come back out there in may, she can mak them again. this time u aint getting any.

Did Biceps and Triceps:

Biceps

Standing DB curl- 30x6 35x5 40x5 45x5
Seated Preacher- 50x8 75x6 75x5 Last set Burnout
Reverse curl (machine)- 50x8 60x5 70x5 80x5

Triceps

pushdowns 50x6 60x5 70x5 80x5
rope ext. 90x8 100x5 120x5 last set burn down
Reverse pulldowns- 70x8 90x6 110x5 130x5
3 sets of dips

And ended with 2 different forearm exercises.

That's it hope it's not to many sets.....lol

I'm still around and still liftin didnt post last week had a very busy week, but i'm back.

Here's my leg workout:

Squat- 135x10 185x5 225x5 245x5 275x3
LegPress- 8-45'sx8 10-45x5 12-45x5 14-45x4
Leg Ext.- 100x8 120x5 130x5 150x5
Standing legcurl- 40x6 50x5 60x5 70x4
Lying legcurl- 80x8 100x5 110x5 120x5

Then 2 different calf exercises

Chest on Wed.

Incline DB- 70x6 80x5 90x4 90x4
Decline Press. not sure on how to calc. weight
Peck deck- 50x8 65x5 75x5 90x4

Kind of a weak workout, but ok.

Thursday Back workout:

12 wide grip pullups
T-bar Rows: 45x8 90x5 115x5 135x3
Pull downs- 135x8 150x5 165x5 180x5
Narrow Pulldowns: 150x6 165x5 180x5 195x5
Straight Arm pulldowns: 30x5 45x5 60x5
D.B. Rows: 70x5 80x5 85x5 85x4

Felt really good, can't wait to get back to where I used to be.

Ran out of time on Tri's but still very sore (a good sore) Had a great workout. I will be out of town this weekend. Yes I'm a slacker!!

Just got back from gym. Ok back workout.

Pullups- 2 sets of 6

Front pull down- 135x6 150x5 165x5 180x5
Seated row (wide bar)- 120x8 135*6 150x5 165x5
Narrow pulldown- 150x6 165x5 180x5 195x5
DB Rows- 70x5 75x5 80x5 85x5

An ok workout. Can you suggest anything else I can do for back?

yo dogg- atta boy, pizza does a body good.

awesome incline d.b. set. wont be long ull be up to the 110 again.

did bis yesterday but did it a little differen t than usuall. did 12,10,8,6 reps. gonna try the same again on the rest of my routine. hopefully ill stay with it. if not back to the 4x5again. have to see how my body reacts to the new way.
gonna get back up to 200 as usuall but gonna try to keep it at 8 and no higher than 10. hopefully will come in bigger for the show next april

The seated Rows I did was a new Machine I was trying and will stick with it. It gave me a nice stretch and I will be able to adjust the weight next time.

Incline Curls- 20*8 30*5 35*5 20*10
Concentration Curls- 20*5 25*5 30*5

Not a great arm day. Wish I would have went to the gym later in the day instead of first thing in the morning.

It hurt doing chest today, was out by the pool all day yesterday and got fried. The Fly's hurt the worst, but is was well worth. Taking tomorrow off and doing Back on Wed.

I didn't like only doing 3 sets, didn't feel the pump like I usually do. Didn't feel like I accomplished much, but oh well next time will have more time.
Also does anybody have any suggestion for exercises for the Peak of your bicep. Thanks
