Anyone having trouble getting results from creatine.This is going to be the third time I tried it with no results.The first time was last summer with GNC's Pro Performance(pure monhydrate) + dextrose I loaded and then maintained 5gms per day, all I got out of it was an extra 5lbs body weight (water) no increases in strength or endurance. The second time I tried using Prolabs creapure up it to 10gms per day + dextrose, still no differance. a friend gave me a can of EAS phosphagen hp I am on it right now, hoping for something. Any body out there having the same experience.

Same for me.... I have heard mixed experiences with creatine.

Some people get very good results, and others I hear get jack, kinda like me..

Are you drinking LOTS of water throughout the day, and after taking creatine ?

I am trying to drink as much water as I can up to about a gallon a day, very small bladder I spend most of my time in the washroom when I drink alot.

My first experience with Creatine was an off brand that didn't digest well or do much for me in terms of gains. A while later I tried EAS Phosphagen HP and now I can't do without it. First of all, I chose that brand for the same reason people choose Cell Tech---more efficient absorption, second, I take it 1st thing in the a.m. and immediately after workouts, third, I drink a LOT of water, and finally, I make a point to cycle off in regular intervals.
Creatine is most important to me in terms of muscle repair and recovery. I definitely see better size and strength gains using it than without.
