alright, here it goes

i'm about 165-170 at about 13-14% bodyfat. I'm 5'7.

I need a bulking diet. I need something I can go by weekly because I just can't seem to stick with something unless its written out. What do you guys suggest I do/eat? Should I be bulking? Or should i cut down to a lower bodyfat and then concentrate on a lean as possible bulk.

I'm currently doing WBB1 routine and I dont want to dampen my gains from not eating properly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

i suggest you BULK. i also suggest you do a bit of a search cuz there are oodles and oodles of bulking diets written out. i would even look in the journals.

you are the only one who knows what your current diet looks like - and to bulk you need to eat more than that. if you are worried about getting too fat, eat clean, eat moderately over maintenance and adjust this if necessary in a few weeks. also - don't skimp on your good fats!!!
