LMAO at this thread. 2 months what do you want? Keep at it. Keep motivated and you will notice changes. 2 months is too short of a time period for you to notice anything drastic

You need to settle down, bra. They are just saying that some of us have been lifting for years and it's been a long slow progress. I'm sure what youlooked like before, and you need to give us better picture to go by. Arms look good but what about the rest, can't tell much.

Paul, you don't really look fat in your pics. Look like you got some mass, and a nice base to start building. Give yourself 4 more months, and I bet you'll be suprised at the difference. Keep up the good work

Dood,
Maybe you'd be harder if you weren't drinking. Booze raises the Estrogen levels and makes you soft.

Last night was Tuesday man. Try only drinking on the weekends, it may help with your conditioning.

And don't give up...you'll get there!

I agree with ogre, quit drinking on weekdays. If you must, drink on weekends.

Heck, I quit drinking on the weekends altogether. Although I do have the occasional craving for some Black Butte Porter. . .

In 2 months time you can a lot! I was down to 175lbs at the beginning of this year...with a mass gainer, loads of food, heavy and intense training 4 times a week got me to where I am today, mid march, 218.8lbs..believe it or not, but it's true. I know it sounds crazy, and I have a hard time believing it myself, but hell, if you stick to it, you'll get rewarded!

january 1st me and RRichardson (my best m8) started hitting the gym. hes almost done cutting at a wee 129lbs, ive got another 10lbs or so to drop from the 175lbs that im at. we switched to wbb1 on march 10th and plan on keeping that routine for the next 2 months then switching to wbb2 for 2 months then on to wbb2 for another 2. after that we dont know, mebbe we will try some other methods, like overtraining for a few weeks cycled in with 1day a week whole body training. who knows, long as we keep seeing results i guess itll only be helping.
