Little ab distension there.

Training shirtless in a public gym should be illegal.

It kills me why people comment on the weight he's using - god forbid anyone took a picture of my first warmup set with 135 lbs. Some 120 lb kid would be telling me he's way stronger.

I'd like to see a lot of guys incline 2 plates 3 days out from a show looking as shredded as he was.

SWOLE

i didnt mean the weight comment to be a negative thing. the guy looks damn good. even if he wasnt strong and that is all he could do. i would rather look like him doin that weight than be a fat a$$ doin 405 on incline.

 Ummm...I don't see a problem with the weight, I don't think I can do that yet. I think I'm going to stay out of the pic forums, it depresses me, you guys are all beasts.

Superbowl MVP Dexter Jackson PLAYED for my Bucs last year, but now he is cashing in on the new found fame and signed with Arizona. Now he has money but may never see the playoffs again :D

And sure ya'll can throw weights around, bounce the off your chests. Try some hardcore lifting; use your pecs and tris.
