Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 12:58 PM
I know square footage...and how to use some tools too.....

Tryska
03-14-2003, 12:59 PM

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:02 PM

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:06 PM
sounds like a great plan....how many rooms do you want? , how do we want the kitchen laid out? extra strength ceiling fans, how many?

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:08 PM
well how many babies are we planning on making? or is this a starter home?

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:09 PM
i definitel need lots of counter space, an island int he middle, a double stainless steel sink, and a gas stove...viking range would be nice. :)

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:10 PM
well I would like to get started right away "practicing" for making them......I so we go big from the get go and build a bigger home just incase....

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:12 PM
well alrighty.....4 bedroom, ranch style, i can't decided between slab foundation or a basement...make that master suite bad-ass tho. we need our own bathroom, with a sunken tub and seperate shower too.

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:17 PM
well, I say we can use basement for extra parking of the cars and motorcycles.....the master bedroom, will have a large hot tub, double sink, shower, sauna, .......the mastersuite will have not only a heavy duty fan above the bed, but it will have a disco ball and strobe light, that retracts, plasma tv, fireplace and built in book cases....12 foot ceilings

13/19

i might wanna rethink AP calc next year

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:27 PM
woohoo! i'm all for a disco ball and strobe light int he bedroom. let's put a blacklight in there too!

question tho - how are we gonna get the cars into the basement?

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:29 PM
I am going to build the house into a slight grade, dropping to the back. The back will have a double elevation.....with a drive that goes around to the back of the home...no garage door can be seen from the front.....

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:34 PM
w00+! knew i was gonna marry you for a good reason.

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:39 PM

Shankerr
03-14-2003, 01:39 PM

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:40 PM

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:41 PM
of course i can cook. healthy stuff that tastes good too.

shankerr, well we will have a spare bedroom for awhile while we are practicing, but you'll have to get rid of your shafty canadian ways first.

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:42 PM
homeyeild too? can we put these boys to work on something? chopping wood, bulding a pool somethign of that sort?

Shankerr
03-14-2003, 01:44 PM
Yeah, I'll ditch the beer and plaid, cut the hockey hair and shave more than once a week, I'll be officially de-Canadianized :D

Then can I come?

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:47 PM
yes, you two will be put to work on our estate....you can start by building the guest house, next to the pool.....after that you will help maintain the 100's of acres....

Shankerr
03-14-2003, 01:47 PM
I's a good wood chopper. I'll bring my dogsled team, they can help haul the logs out of the bush and bring us beer whilst we work.. Oh wait, you said you wanted me to de-Canadianize first... damn..

WillKuenzel
03-14-2003, 01:48 PM
I grew up on a farm. You name it and I'm on it. :D

WillKuenzel
03-14-2003, 01:49 PM

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:51 PM
i dunno if the dogs will be able to take the heat.

hey sledgehammer, where are we gonna live anyways?

Shankerr
03-14-2003, 01:51 PM
yeah, thats true. and with all taht acreage, if we want to have a party we can just haul them into the bush and leave them there for a while, no one will even know!

I mean...

Sledgehammer
03-14-2003, 01:51 PM
slaves, nah you can leave anytime you like......however why give up a killer place like ours? plus we will have a MX track.....

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:53 PM

WillKuenzel
03-14-2003, 01:55 PM

Tryska
03-14-2003, 01:55 PM
