hey everyone this I'm new to this site. This is my journal of lifting. The pup and the YoBrickWall are my boys from back home. I've lifted with them ever since I've been lifting which is going on three years now. I am 6'1" and wiegh about 300lbs. Anyway here it is.

of course pup and i go round and round at the gym.

pretty good back day yesterday.

Went up 10 lbs in all of my lat pul exercises.

Finished with 10X45's on the tbar rows.

Measured chest too, it was 55 (around the inside) without shoulders. With shoulders it is 64. I'm catchin up to ya pup.

I gotta lift with the big boys Wall so I'll lift with you at night.

...Captain Crack-the-whip is right though, everyone needs to stay up on the journals so we can keep tabs on each other since the crew is all moving away.
