How many calories does the 210 lb 5'10" 19 yr old male burn in a day on average? I am pretty active, but not significantly.

It would depend on a lot of different factors. You can go to fitday.com and they have a feature that lets you calculate the calories you burn in a day, but I would guess that it is only a rough estimate.
