View Full Version : Best way to drink gatorade?

I've heard its best to dilute the gatorade with some water before drinking it. I dunno why, but just something I heard. Should I dilute it or drink it straight up?

I have no clue who told you that.
Makes no sense to me.
I add extra water to dim the sweetness down, but that is the only reason.

Well I just read on their site that diluting gatorade with water does not make it better.

I mix my own gatorade and I actually make it stronger than normal.

i thought I heard or read somewhere that when you dilute the Gatorade it can be absorbed quicker but im not sure

The trainer for the Football team back in high school use to dilute the gatorade. I believe he told us that diluted worked just as well as non. So he could make more Gatorade out little.

They sell powder gatorade at Cotsco it's about 12.99 for a huge container.

The ultimate best way to drink gatorade is with your mouth. I once tried it through my nose, and it just didn't work out.

The best way to drink Gatorade is to not drink it at all.

Stick to water, God gave it to us for a reason.

You can drink water without the mix, but you cannot drink the mix without the water.
