What is your intent with this diet?

i was just reading it over cause someone recomended it on another forum, using it to help flatten your stomach

The foods they tell you to eat are good. I don't think all those vitamins and supps are need.

P.S. You don't have to eat everything raw, cooking food is not bad.

Here's a better diet.

Reduce calories
Eat healthy
Do cardiovascular excercise
Lift heavy and hard

Easy enough?
