Water ?

How long does it take for water to go through your body to your bladder? ex: I'm 5'9"-5'10", and I drink 1 cup, how long should it take in hours or minutes?

I'm about the same height as you. It takes about 30 mintues to go to my bladder.

On the subject of water - How frustrating been preached at to drink tons of water... for you to inturn, spend most of you're day erm "Emptying" it out... The toilet becomes a second home!

For me it depends on waht I drink, and how much of it. If I drink loads of water (more than 0.5-1 litre) its pretty quick, about 20-30 mins
