What happened to your head?

Your definition is pretty sharp, but you need to gain weight.

It doesnt look too healthy being that thin with little muscle, what does your current diet look like?

i think your head is a little out of proportion to the rest of your body! you might want to lighten up on the facial exercises LOL.....

Hey guys thanks for replying. Yeah i know 2 weeks isn't enough time to see serious results i just was getting excited. :) I've been eating 6+ times a day eating anything i can.what do you guys think my body percentage is at? I'm 5'11 about 142lbs

yeah i definitley will. I hoping to see some pretty good gains by the end of the summer so i'll probly be posting some more pics around august or early september.

Stick with it dude, it comes in time. I was almost that puny 2 years ago. But lots of food, Whey protien and pumping iron has brought me a LOOOOONG ways. Good luck.

all i gotta say is...add mass to how your body fat percentage is like that, u will be hella ripped....u def have the definition, just keep packing the meat and food like no other....and get alot of sleep to grow more
