If Osama moved to a non-extraditable country like Brazil, married a Brazilian hunny, had a baby, could the U.S. extradite him?

I'm sure they would, but how would they get around that law?

um isn't there something about a law can be broken if it's to protect the safety of the country?

I think there is, but regardless.... does it really matter?

of course extradition laws matters. Its an interesting question.

who cares? if they catch him, another guy will take his place...it's a never-ending cycle that the US perpetuates by attacking harmless countries and killing Arabs. HELLO! The reason Osama has a stick up his ass about America and Americans is because of us always attacking, taking over and messing with Arabs and Arab countries...how hard could it be for the US government to understand this?

who cares? if they catch him, another guy will take his place...it's a never-ending cycle that the US perpetuates by attacking harmless countries and killing Arabs. HELLO! The reason Osama has a stick up his ass about America and Americans is because of us always attacking, taking over and messing with Arabs and Arab countries...how hard could it be for the US government to understand this?

If Arabs want to keep Americans out of their countries maybe they should stop using them to harbor and sponsor terrorists that crash planes into our buildings. Also history has proven that once a movement loses a leader as important and charismatic (to muslims) as Bin Laden it often loses momentum and dies out.

Do you think after 9/11 we should have just pulled all of our interests out of the Middle East and not retaliated? And since when are Iraq and Afghanistan "harmless countries"?

Why extradite him? It would be easier to try him and execute him in Brazil.

We cant extradite him because even if we wanted him it is up to the country that holds him whether or not to let him go.
How long has France has been holding on to Roman Polanski?

1. what the hell are you talking about? that makes no sense.

2. We should've gone after Osama, not obliterated another country. Iraq and Afghanistan have been sterile countries for at least a decade. Neither poses ANY THREAT WHATSOEVER to the US. If you think that Iraq is so stupid to have the audacity to bomb the U.S. then you're the one being naive.
