i eat 6 eggs everyday for the last 2 yrs
and i'm still here.

i only eat the whites, sometimes a yolk here and there.
the yolks are high in sodium and fat, something that
i would want to keep out of my diet.

what would be the healthiest way to preapare the eggs? Over easy? or scrambled?

Unless you got a cholesterol problem or something, I don't see what's wrong with eating it everyday.

And I don't think there really is a "healthy" way to cook them.

Why would you want to keep fat out of your diet? That is, assuming you aren't doing a carb up/refeed day.

Boiled is nasty. The yolk is all dry and the whites taste weird.

Boiled is cool.
A healthy way is to ditch the yolk and eat just the white.

I would at least eat a couple of the yolks. They contain approx. half the protein of the egg and they are also a good source of fat in the diet.

Boiling the egg reduces the need to use oils to cook the eggs. You could also poach them if you like:)
