Just starting off here with some before and slightly after shots. By no means where I want to be but I just want to let folks see what I am dealing with here and how far I have come. I think the photo's say it better than words an really.
My knee injury had really stopped me doing leg workouts. I am confused by now about what I should be doing with the legs.
I am following the Zone diet and losing a steadt 2lbs per week. My start weight was 185 lbs and I am now 144 lbs and need to get down to something like 120 lbs. I say "about" 120 lbs because if I look good at anything around that I'll be happy since I have never built mass before now and was a fat thin person even when thin at 110 lbs 6 yrs ago.
