Well, I am now officially 16 weeks out from contest date.
254 and not an ab in sight.
Looking to be 215 - 220 on stage - hard as nails.
I will post diet and such soon.

Now I'm committed - because you all know.

Monday: CHEST
Incline Dumbells - 2 x 15 warm-up, 120 x 10, 140 x 8, 160 x 6
Incline Barbell (smith machine)- Super Wide Grip - 1 plate x 12, 2 plates x 8, 2 and a quarter for 4
Flat Dumbell - 100 x 10, 120 x 8, 125 x 6
Cable Cross-Over - 50 x 10, 60 x 8, 70 x 6

1 Hour cardio

Diet comin soon.

Tuesday: Back

Arrrrrgh!
Forgot about Hyper extensions and hwo much they kill!

Wide Grip Pull Downs - 15 x 2, 8 x 200, 8 x 225, 6 x 250
Wide Grip Chin Ups - Sad, sad, sad, I'm such a fat mess
Bent over Barbell rows - 10 x 1 plate, 8x 2 plates, 6 x 3 plates
Seated Rows - 3 x 12 x 300
Hyper extensions - 3 x 12 (this is the point when my back seized up and I couldnt even drive home - that's weak)

1 hour cardio (I hate it already)

All this for a plastic trophy...weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Dude, an hour of cardio!!! No wonder you hate it. 25 min is all my threshold for boredom will allow. You really do push around the weight, I'm hoping you've got some pics to show.
