I am on a fat loss diet currently and it is a 40/30/30 diet (p/c/f)
All very very clean and my fat sources come from eggs, flax oil, and mayo.
I just wondered what role this fat would play in me losing weight? Should it be restricted or can fat play a positive role in the losing of physical fat?
