Here is a back pic...

Im takin whey protein and 2 ripped fuels before each gym session.

My only lagging part on my body seems to be my biceps, i have no idea why that is though :confused:

Well to be honest, its 3 months in after a year hiatus, but before that i had only taken weight training in school and slacked off hard.

but i didnt have much mass when i restarted, i guess muscle memory played a big role.
