1/2 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup pineapple/orange juice
2 scoops Vanilla whey protein
1 lowfat Peach flavored yogurt
blend and enjoy
cals=385
carbs= 36
pro =40
fat=4

sometimes I will add fresh fruit to this, half an orange
or a couple of strawberries and half banna usually early in
the morning

give it a try and enjoy

1 cup assorted berries (strawberry, raseberry,blueberry)
3 scoops strawberry flavored whey protein


blend and enjoy, this one i dont have the percise
nutriantial value, its around 55 grams protein, 40 grams carbs
with very little fat, somewhere in the neighborhood of
about 400 cals

I'd suggest adding 1gram(1/5teaspoon) of guar gum to make it smooth.I'll definitely try the second one,with the berries.

might just be brain freeze for the protein shake im drinking but i dont think i recall hearing of guar gum, tell me a little about it
what dose it main uses, etc etc

it's a thickener......of sorts...made from seaweed? no wait that's carrageenan......it's like a mucilage...if i'm not mistaken...makes it thick and creamy.....

plus smoothies are so handy for dropping flax into..although i liek the taste of it plain....

it does not....it is yummy.....but i guess to each his own...i dug it..tastes kinda like sesame, but not....

Guar gum is sticked on the trunk of some treas.It's a fibre that absorbs liquids especially when they're cold.

i use flax oil quite a bit, i kind of stalled out on my cutting,
after adding flax to my protein drinks the fat started coming off
again it realy helped me get my bf% as low as it is now

iv just been adding it to my morning and post work out shakes
i can still tell its there though a weird oily taste, two servings
a day is about 32g of fat, my total fat in take was about 60-70g
per day i felt realy good kept alot of strength and the pounds seemed to melt off im a big believer in keeping your fat intake up while cutting to see maximum results as fast as possible, i use to think if i eat fat i will get fat, until i tried a low carb, high protein,
medium fat diet, has realy worked well for me, less joint pain too

add one cup of yougurt instead of milk and its nice and thick

add some whey and you've got a great protein blend!
