Hey, is it ok to put ground meet into your diet? Never thought of it before because of the high saturated fat, but thought I might as well ask.

Laura's Lean comes in 92% lean ground sirlion and 95% ground round. Both are pretty good. The 95% has 24 gr protein and 4gr fat per 4oz serving.

I usually use the 96% lean, but the Laura Lean Beef is excellent as well. Little more expensive but worth it IMO.

Ground lean turkey breast is also available, and can be used in a variety of ways.

Ya, always look for the lean type.
