I was wondering if everyone could give me their opinion on this.....

Does drinking on the weekends like 6-10 beers total (all weekend) really jack up your results you try to get in the gym? I don't drink a lot but I like to suck down a few on the weekends, but I don't want it to kill my results. Thanks.:cry:

6-10 total for the week won't hurt you. This has been discussed alot. Couple threads down too. It won't kill your results.

Just remember that you need to count those calories as well

i drink beer to make other people more interesting....so i enjoy life more, makes me work out more...
