Has it been THAT long, almost 2 months!

yes im still here....i have one question<

i want my calves to look real nice so i can wear shorts and not be embarassed and i have no weights to do it with though. :( ?

any solutions
also, i have exactly 67 cents (canadian cents at that) so, im not buying anything ... yet

Why do you only do pushups? Even if you have no money at least do some pullups and plyometrics and running or something.

take that 67 cents, go to an office supply store. buy some tacks. go downtown at night. stab someone to death with that tacks. take their wallet. use the money to buy a gym membership and food. use the remaining money to buy some respectable clothes so you can get a decent paying job, you dirty young metal head.
