Well it's been about 9 weeks since I picked up the weights after a two year "break." I lifted in high school but not very seriously.

I am 5'10" tall with THICK socks on :)

Anyways, in 9 weeks I have gone from about 155lbs or so at 15% BF to 175 and 18-19%bf now. My strength has gone up like CRAZY.

In the "big 3" lifts I have accomplished a lot. I'm using the WBB1 routine and I am about to go to WBB2. My current max deadlift is around 315x1. My max bench is 205x1 and my max squat is now 205x3. Comparing this to 9 weeks ago where I was benching 135 for 6 (it was actually difficult, now I warm up with 155) and squatting 115x8 and dead lifting only 185x8... I think I have come pretty far.

My legs are obviously lacking behind my upper body. My back seems to be my strongest area. It's just so fun to punish your back :)

So my big question is: How much longer should I stay on my eating spree? I'm hovering around 175 now, was 170 two weeks ago. Should I keep going until 180 or 190? Or should I back off on the calories by cutting out some carbs and a little bit of fat? Should I change over to the WBB2 routine when I change my diet to lose a bit of fat?

I will be using some Xenadrine along with cardio for 30 minutes 2 or three times a week.

My Journal (http://www.wannabebigforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=26889) has all of my progress.

I appreciate the responses!

Thanks,
JD

Start cutting when you think your BF% is too high. Or you can maintain. Whichever you feel happy with :)

Nah... near 20% BF is not something I would like to maintain :D

Do a slow cut as too not lose all that hard earned muscle. Decrease caloric intake by about 100cals a week, still train hard in the gym. Throw in some cardio if you wish, and just cut to you feel comfortable.

You can also do CKD. If done right, you can keep the muscle and trim the fat.
