Kan someone please tell me about L-Glutamine? How does it work, can it be dangerous, is it AS?? Please tell me everything you know!

glutamine is VERY dangerous!!! Your wallet will be desimated.
It is definitely not AS.
Dont waste your money.

I bought some new Whey Protein supplements yesterday, and when I got home I realised that it contained glutamine. Dangerous???

No glutamine is not dangerous. It is just an amino acid, and is not worthless IMO. From what I understand it is probably the most beneficial while in a caloric deficit. Those articles I posted previously have good info, so if you want to know more about glutamine you might want to read them.

I didnt say it was worthless.....I said it was a waste of money. you can acheive the same effect with less money.

The only effects I get from Glutamine, I'm less sore the next day.
