Rhaponticum Carthamoides?? Help!

Hi everyone.
I've just purchased a Supplement called Retibol. I was told by the guy in the shop that it would have awesome effects on muscle gaining. I don't really know if anything legal can have that "awesome" effect on your muscles, but I decided to give it a try.
It contains something called "Rhaponticum Carthamoides".
Is there anyone out there who knows anything about this kind of supplement? any advice or expirience would be apriciated!

I've also checked out some supplement-sites on the net and found out that there seems to be no problem for them to sell testosterone increasing stuff. Whats the deal? is it really that easy to get that kind of supplements?
Im not into the steriods-biz so I have pretty poor knowledge about it... but what the hell is the difference between steriods and pro-hormones?

I hope to get some answers on this stuff.
The "Rhaponticum Carthamoides" thing there was expensive as ***** so I really want to know if its worth it.

I haven't heard about it, but I think it would have been better to ask first and then buy, especially if it's expensive
