When reading advertisement, alot of protein powders stated that not only do the provide great quality proein to build muscles, but they can also help you burn fat. Is that true?
On a side note, I heard that Nitro Tech contains creatine. Just wondering how much creatine is there per 22 g protein serving?

nitro tech isn't a significant source of creatine compared to creatine powders, if that's what you're looking for....
do the advertisements have any small type that says," with proper diet and exercise"?

Protein powders do not burn fat, a diet does.

Well, its said that protein is very thermogenic...but thats just 'what is said'.
I think that basically the burning of fat is from increased metabolism from building muscle. I am convinced that if average Joe or Steven Schmoe were to add as little as 60 grams of fat and carb free protein to their daily diet they would feel better, look better, and probably lean up a bit as well in a few weeks.
Its also a matter of the protein replacing other worthless **** in the diet like potato chips, etc. If average jerkoff drinks two scoops of protein powder in 2 cups of milk, thats 60 grams of protein. If he drinks that for breakfast and eats some lightly buttered or pb on wheat toast instead of eating a big white bagel smothered with cream cheese and a double shot caramel Macchiato that he usually has, you'll be guaranteed he'll lean out a bit and feel better throughout the day. Hell, eating **** like that is what screws people up and makes them too sluggish to work out after work.
Your body needs a certain amount of food to operate, thats a damn fact. In all honesty, most people who are trying to lose weight are most likely not eating enough protein, which is necessary for muscle building and keeps you from losing muscle instead of fat while sweating on that treadmill(in all likelihood, sweating out of sheer futility.).
