1. Do excess calories, the calories above our metabolism rate what aren't burned, no matter if they were healthy calories(rice, chicken, oats) or not(pizza, cookies), store the same amount of fat? What determines this?

3. What determines the effectiveness of thermos and other supplements that we take in our body? Some people talk about how they feel abnormaly hot, or how they stay up until midnight because they can't go to sleep. While others state they could take twice the amount and not even feel a thing.

As before, the difference is how the nutrients cause the folks to get fat. Excess fat makes you fat by being stored as fat.
Excess carbs make you fat by increasing carb oxidation at the expense of fat burning.

End result is still the same.

This might be over simplified but I think you get the picture. Excess protein can be converted to fat but not as easily as the other macronutrients.

Second Question (or 3rd:)):

Some people are more sensitive to the stimulant effects of EC/ECA stacks. Just because you are not wired or jittery does not mean the supplement is not working. Many people experience the stimulant effects at first but after taking the EC/ECA stack for extended amount of time they note that they no longer feel the stimulant effect, but the supplement is still working.

The liver can convert any macronutrient into fat. If you are in a calorie surplus, then any macronutrient can be stored as fat - protein, fat, carbohydrate, or alcohol. However, different diets may result in slightlty different amounts of stored fat.

Converting carbs or protein into fat and storing them takes about 10 times more calories than storing dietary fat. It takes about 2.5 calories to store 100 calories worth of dietary fat, so about 97.5 calories worth of fat is stored. 100 extra calories in glucose from carbs takes about 23 calories of energy to be converted into fat and stored, so about 77 calories worth of fat is stored. With excess protein, the energy burned in converting to fat varies depending on amino acid composition and coversion process. In general, it falls somewhere near carbs.

Some macronutrients increase metabolism and TEF more than others, so there is less exess calories to be stored. Some meals are more likely to trigger hormonal responses associated with increased fat storage. Some diets are associated with increased or decreased fat burning. Some persons (especially obese persons) are more likely to store fat with the same diet than others. Some persons can consume ridculous amounts of calories without increasing stored fat because the calories are wasted in "futile processes". Some diets/meals reduce the chance that the calories are used for other bodily processes such as building muscle and increases the chance that the calories are instead used as stored fat. Some diets reduce the chance that calories are burned during activity, result in increased exess calories. There are also special conditions in which excess calories above maintenance can be consumed without being stored as fat for the short term by doing things such as refilling gylcogen stores.

The bottom line is exess calories over a long time period will usually end up as stored fat regardless of the macronutrient composition, and there are benefits to eating as you said "healthy calories."
