ALA usage?

Do you think ala is safe for teenagers to use? Will it cause the pancreas to get used to producing less insulin and cause me to go hyperglycemic:mad:? after a long period of use (10 years) after i stop using it? couldnt find much info on this.

It's fine. Haven't heard anything stating it would cause you to go hyper or hypoglycemic.

u probably couldn't find much info because the ALA fad is relatively new (although it has been around).

ala doesn't reduce the production of insulin but increases the availabilty of glucose uptake sites.

Unless you're really young and your endocrine system isnt fully developed I dont think you'll havea problem with it. I dont even know if you would have a problem with it if you were really young.
