Cripes almighty do I hate supplements. For me, they generate more questions and unnecessary confusion than they're worth. I thought I had everything squared away until a friend suggested buying some amino acids to aid in my diet and training routine. I did a search and didn't come up with anything consclusive. If this stuff is worth trying, do I take it in addition to glutamine and whey protein shakes? I take 9 grams of ProLab glutamine daily, along with N-Large weight gainer, and a scoop of Optimum whey. Would incorporating amino acids capsules just duplicate my efforts and be a waste of money?

Some people say aminos are good during a cut cut. When you bulk you should be getting enough protein and the right types.
I took them years ago for awhile, don't know if they really did any good.
The main reason I don't take them is the hassle. Suggested use is take a hour before meals. Its just a pain. You have to carry them around and know when your gonna eat.
