How much of your fat macronutrient should come from EFA's. What's the recommendation?

Example:
30% of a 3500 calorie diet is roughly 117 grams of fat a day. That comes to 19.5 grams of fat per meal. How much of that should be EFA's.

Am I doing this correctly? Cause if most of it isn't EFA's, than that sure sounds like a lot of fat, but I never really paid that much attention to this aspect. What do you think?

All of your fats should come from EFA's since they are the ONLY fats your body needs.

Unfortunately, that's impossible. Even a tablespoon of Flax has a gram of saturated fat.

Not impossible, but unrealistic, yes. :)
