From what I've read most of you think this is the best source of protein from a sumplement, so am going to buy 10Ibs of it.

It's only the best because it's such good value for money. Don't ship to Ireland if it's going to end up more expensive than a similar product that you can get there cheaper.

People rave about Optimum due to its value compared to other proteins. Like aidano said, if you can get something cheaper where you are, just go with that. Just look for 100% whey protein.

i got 1kg of ultimate nutrition, '100% micro & ultra-filtered whey protein isolate powder' , cost me 35 euro($35), think that'll do for now.

But definitely buying the 10Ib of optimum Nutrition 100% Whey off 1fast400.com will save me over 100 euro!!
