Alright, after finally getting rid of all the fat I put on from my bulk phase, I have reached a weight that I want to maintain. People are telling me to not lose anymore, or else I'll get too skinny. I know I should increase my calories a bit to maintain. My question is, should I get the extra calories from my carb sources?

Yeah you should increase cals slowly until you are not loosing any more weight if you are trying to maintain. I would just try different macro ratios and see how your body responds.

Might try adding in a couple extra servings of some low GI carbs and maybe a couple servings of some type of healthy fat, or just increase the portion sizes of your meals by a small amount until your weight stays constant.
