on the days that i do cardio after weights
i might get on the treadmill for 30-40min
should i bring the creatine with me and take it
before i start the cardio, since i will be an hour or
so before i can get home to take it.
or does it not matter.
should the same go for say a protein shake?
another question,
on the days that i dont train, should i still take in the
5g of creatine. or is it like protein, that u take everyday.
