I just finished up 4 months of bulking and think itís time to shed some of this fat and get ready for the summer. Currently I'm 5í10, 170 lbs at about 14% bf. I'm keeping this journal as motivation to reach my goals.

Goals
In the short term, by July, Iíd like to be down at 9-10% bf. Long term, my goal is to be 180 at 10%.

Diet
Right now I'm aiming for 2000 cals at 40p/30c/30f. I plan to start a CKD at the beginning of May.

Wasnít that great today, had a job interview at a restaurant over lunch today, but tried to compensate for that over the other meals of the day.

Also did 10 mins of running and 4 100m sprints.
