Can anyone tell me if this is a good product from your own experiance? Is it worth the $? Thanks

Ive used it and you get great pumps as advertised, but its not significantly better then the cheaper Swole. Im just about finishing my V12 off now and I will not buy it again because it is just too expensive and not much better then creatine monohydrate. If you are a creatine nonresponder , go with the v12, anything else just go with a cheap mono powder.
