As a new member in these forums I just wanted to say hello to everyone...
I've been working out since 1996 when I lost about 45 pounds of fat, and have been focusing on maintenance up to last year when I decided to really start focusing on development. I'm currently in the second week of a CKD and feeling some great results (as well as some foginess)....
I'm always looking for innovative and tasty CKD applicable recipes and would be glad to share some of my own.
