I thought I'd ask this and share my thoughts as well!
2 of the absolute best feelings in the world come to me as I finish my workouts.
The first feeling I love is when I look in the mirror and see any sort of vein showing. Now I know that alot of you guys have this happen all the time but one of my main goals was to see the bicep vein pop out and so whenever I see it, it makes me so happy!!!!!!!!!
The second feeling that I love is the hunger I feel when driving home from the gym afterwards cause I know my metabolism is still alive and kicking!!!!!!
You guys must think I'm such a weirdo sometimes but what can I say??
Share your thoughts!
And Chicken Daddy, you gotta tell me how to do the cool icons!

I love the energy it gives me. I love the feeling of accomplishment when I lift for a pr. I love how after a workout I have a huge appetite all day long and I can eat enough to help me grow. I love the fact that because of working out I don't go out drinking every night like most of my friends. The list goes on and on.

I love the erotic feel the iron has to the touch. To be anywhere near a 45lb plate knowing how hard it feels yet appear so gentle resting on the straight bar makes me quiver.
Sorry.
What I enjoy the most is getting so pumped during the workout. My body gets more pumped than most. And "feeling" that way beyond the gym.
I might add, what I hate about it most, my mucles are like balloons. Once I am out of the gym they go back and are not impressive at all.

I love being different..
I think its funny the way ALL my mates, drink, smoke weed and generally do everything a 22 year old should, but look crap..
I like looking good and being different from other people..
When I tell my friends what i eat they are like "what !!"
I just laugh..

I like pain.
BRING THE PAIN
I love it. Try mixing it with chocolate Myoplex Mass.
That's why I still play football after 14 years.

Right now Sav? Well at the moment I get a real great feeling whenever I get a good pump. Especially in my arms and chest. If I start to doubt myself and find myself lookin at someone bigger than me I just consider how much better I'll look and feel by this time next year. Granted I have a long way to go (you know why) but I have faith that with hard work, food and gear the sky is the limit! :D :D

Results.
Haven't been getting any good results for a while:(. I'm going to try and work harder, sleep longer, and eat better. I can only get 3 meals a day though due to work and school:/

I enjoy being big and strong. I can't really imagine not being big and strong, it's something I have always respected since I was a kid. When I was little I always liked the brute strength superheroes the best. The Hulk, the Thing etc. So, I guess as I got older making myself as big and strong as possible was a natural extension of my love for raw power.
I love the adrenaline rush, knowing the fact that I am going to war every time I work out and that I am going to win. I like having my veins bulging out of the skin after a sweet workout. My favorite thing, and probably the strangest, is that feeling that I'm gonna vomit after a hard set of squats or deads. Knowing that pulverizing my body with heavy weights and eating clean food will make me bigger and stronger than I was before. Sorry for all the rambling, I just love what i do.

one day i woke up and look at myself in mirror and realized that i was 135lb vegitarian weakling and decided i needed to do something about it. that was 2 years ago, now i weigh 185lbs. i think what i love best about working out is the feeling of constant self-improvement.

Sav you weirdo!!lol
Everthing about training I love but the best feeling ever is completing a hardcore training session, slurping down your mrp then cruising home with the windows down on the car, sun shining and music pumping!!!!!

I like how when I was fat and out of shape and feeling like I was lost and could never get back to how I used to be, it was there and helped me trim down and more than the pump and the feel of the Iron, it gave me back the respect for myself that I had lost, I know I am not as big as others in the gym but they cant match my effort when pushing for my goal, and when I reach that goal, and I will, I will have to look back over the journey from where I started, cause it will be a rush, I cant wait

I love the fact that working outs given me the ability to pick up someone my own size and throw him/her across a room ;/
Oh ya, and the health benefits too...

great bump on an old thread.
I like being sore, exhausted and feeling generally dead after a workout...I like that moment afterward when you're lying on your bed and everything aches, and you feel absolutely too tired to do anything. You're aware of every part of your body...and strangely relaxed in your exhaustion...in a word...it makes you feel alive.

I like the soreness too, it makes me feel very aware of my body.
And the feeling of being able to add more weight is incredible. Since I've started weight training, I've graduated from 8 lb dumbbells to 20 lb ones. I started doing leg presses at 50 lbs, and this week I am up to 170 lbs. Even if I don't see immediate physical results, the proof that I am getting stronger and stronger by the amount of weight I am able to work with makes me feel great.

Whenever anyone is asked on their opinion of me on the football pitch, the first thing they comment on is how strong I am.
Being physically exhausted and sore and loving it, and of course a PB in any lift

I love the attention I get where ever I go. And the immediate respect you get from people, just because of the way you look.

The best part has to be when I walk up to some guy struggling with the weights and ask if he's done yet so I can use them, then proceed to pull out 8 reps no problem! That's what I live for.
Eating alot and having *some* of it go towards muscle :) Waging war against fat-boy genetics.

i luv making progress when working out, seeing my pumped blood engorged muscles in the mirror. i also love the fact that getting a killer body puts me ahead of 1/2 the male competition when it comes to mackin. i also luv the euphoria and adrenaline rush that makes me feel like king of the world.
the pump and showing it off on the buss station afterwards, a simple yet masculine joy
