Take it 30 min before working out, before bed, early morning.

morning, after workout, before bed. Also, any time during the day in addition will work. take with gatorade or juice.

What am I missing? I am cutting and strength is going up and fat is going down. I am not taking it so what would be the reason for me to start? Needed only to cut not for buliking rite?

Well I might be wrong Kev but from what I gathered it doesn't really matter wether you're bulking or cutting. It just makes you heal faster or somethin along those lines.
