Sweet merciful just get the cheapest creatine monohydrate powder. Phosphagen HP is ridiculous, no need to pay that much at all. Just add some dextrose with your creatine... or put it into your post workout shake. Key thing is CHEAP!

I agree, just go out and buy a tub of pure creatine monohydrate and a few pounds of dextrose, and if you want you could toss in some ALA.
