Well, on a whim I decided to start weighing the same time every single morning and writing down my weight.
I've only been doing it for 2 weeks now, but I've already seen what might be an interesting trend.
I'm trying to cut, but I haven't gotten real serious with my diet yet. I am mostly good during the week day, but the weekends I haven't been so worried about with the idea of a re-feed type mentality anyways. BUT, I've gained back from Friday-Monday <I weigh in the mornings> everything I had lost during the week two times now. Woohoo major good info.
I think tracking my weight like this may lead to some really good observations over-all. I also write down what I had for dinner that night to try and gauge what is causing the most weight gain or loss.
Anyways, thought I'd share what might wind up being a very useful tool for me.
