Hey guys, I've got a question for you all. I'm at 260 right now (down from 300) in weight. I don't know my body fat % but it's pretty high, it has to be., anyhow I've been doing cardio for a while, then I stoped, now I'm just playing basketball (enough to get my heart pumping and get a little windy) for about 30 minutes a day. I'm still lifting, but I need some other variations, preferably fun if there are any. I'm really wanting to get down to 220 by the end of June, and really more so just lose the bitch tits I have! Thanks for any and all tips/adivce!

Well sex is always an option, but won't be much of one if I continue to look like this and the girlfriend leaves. Just looking for someting to mix it up so that i dont' get too bored with the same cardio routine day in day out.

any sport basically.
IMO two particularly good ones include boxing or squash.
I just go for the good old running though, gotta keep the lungs pink.

Start playing some other sports besides basketball. Maybe join some recreational corec leagues if you're just lookin for good times.

Racquetball is one the the best and most fun cardio work-outs I've ever done. Unfortunately for some reason here in Jacksonville Florida there are very very few courts and the ones that do exist are for folks who live in the community only.
Ah well, back to the stationary bike!

Try playing soccer. You'll be running for 1h and not even notice it.

do you have any other sports that you enjoy doing? plus, summer is coming, have you ever thought ot just riding your bike? or (i dont know how far away from stores you live) but ride your bike to the store to get somthing, instead of driving the car.

Ya, biking is my main cardio. It's pretty fun, but dangerous at times :D
