hoping to lose that freakin stubborn amt of fat on my belly :( I hate it!!!!!!!!

thinking about reintroducing cardio into my routine to quicken it up

and yes, I have weird genes and I'm beginning to get a seven, that's right, 7-pack

5'10 at 132Ibs.?! I think you went a little too far with the cut.

Seven-pack eh? That makes me wonder what I'm gonna look like in the after cutting (that'll be awhile as I'm just starting to bulk now). From what I can *feel*, my abs are nowhere close to being symmetrical! It's as if one side is half an inch higher than the other!

Does anyone else have this, or did I eat something radioactive when I was a baby??!

Well, if it ends up looking too weird, I suppose that's as good a reason as any to leave a little pudge there.

P.S. SoulofK, no pictures or links are showing up... did you take them off?

Dude, this is wannabe big, not wannabeskinny. Keep on bulking when you get up too 150-160, im sure you still wont have that much bf at that weight

Alot of people have 7 packs. It just depends on genes.

I'm just going to stay lean throughout the summer, and then as soon as summer is over I'm bulking for 18 weeks throughout fall and winter(Aug-Dec), and then start cutting for next spring/summer(Jan-March I plan on losing the extra fat and keep it off until the next school year starts so I can bulk again

as far as bulking, it's hard for me to gain a lot of weight since I'm more of an ectomorph than a mesomorph, I put on a lot of muscle in the past couple of weeks but I've stayed a steady 130lbs for the past 4-5 years, but I will try my best when I bulk for the first time. as for now, lean and mean

With your stats you must have an extremely fast metabolism. There is no need for you to do long cuts at this point. Bulk all year, and if you have too much fat on you at any one point, clean up your diet for a couple weeks and you should be fine again...then get right back to bulking.

150/160? Heck, if you're going to bulk, I'd say go all the way up to 200. Might as well.

We all are after different things, and I can undestand the wish to be all out ripped (and tanner) during the summer.

Looks good man.

5'10, 130, and you're cutting? Its impossible to look lean AND mean at that weight. Having abs is great, but looking like a stick man with abs shouldn't be your goal. *Shrugs* To all their own I guess.

You'll get better abs once you put a little muscle on them. Start bulking.

You're in the same boat as I am SoulOfKoRea, I'm not as big as I could be(YET) but I really like staying lean, getting fat(esp on my abs) really makes me uncomfortable, so I'm learning to slowly cleanly bulk up
