I'm trying to figure out which would be healthier...
choice 1;
1 cup soy vanilla milk (100 cals, 3.5g fat [not sat.], 6g soy pro, 10g carbs [6g sugar])
3/4 cup kashi go lean cereal (110 cals, 1g fat, 8g soy pro, 28g carbs [7g sugar])
or simply, choice 2;
2 cups soy vanilla milk (200 cals, 7g fat [not sat.], 12g soy pro, 20g carbs [12g sugar])
i need the same equivalent total calories, this is for a maintenance diet..but which would be a better choice (to stay lean).
