First off, I hope I didn't steal anyone's journal title cuz i'm too lazy to read them all :) As i stated the other day, my back is finally fully healed so that I can squat and deadlift, and whatever else i want now, so I'm very happy. I'm going to start posting my daily routines in this journal, but for now I'll tell you my current weights in the lifts that I will be doing.
Bench - 175 - 6
Squats - 205 - 9 (just started doing these again so no smartass remarks :) )
Deadlifts - 275 - 1 (also just started these again)
Skullcrushers - 100 - 9
curls - 100 - 4
Dumbell Military Press - 60's - 6 (almost forgot about shoulders :))
Well those are the important ones, I'm doing assisted pullups and db rows for upper back right now. Those aren't my only lifts, but I'll post all my lifts starting monday.
Maybe now I can stop being a pussy :D

Oh no, dont' get me wrong...I never quit. I just had to quit doing deadlifts and squats, my 2 favorite lifts. It's awesome that I can finally do those 2 things again.
Trust me, back extensions aren't all that much fun compared to a deadlift. And leg extensions suck.

Ah yes, yesterday, Monday April 21st, Chest day....I don't know why people like this day.
5 minutes of warmin up
75 X 7, 7, 4
110 X 4, 100 X 6
Overhead Tricep Extensions
55 X 10
100 X 3, 90 X 6, did a set of 21's with the 50.
Not the best workout ever, the stupid gym was packed.

Wednesday april 23
Yea yea, I'm really lazy about posting, I know
Deadlifts - Did about 8 sets working my way up to a 285 x 1. Not too difficult, no extra pain or nothin, so i'm happy.
Cybex pulldown machine - 170 x 10, 175 x 6, 170 x 8
DB Rows - 80 x 6 (Those cybex things really hurt :))
DB Mil Press - 60 x 6, 4 I shoulda had 7 on the first set, but my left shoulder is so pathetic....my right one coulda done 10 :(
Side Raises - 30 x 10, 25 x 10 (30 seconds rest)

Saturday - April 26
Squats - 205 x 9, 225 x 7 (got sick to my stomach and lost all intensity after this set so I went on to hamstrings)
I had a slight twinge in my lower back on these squats, but my form was awesome and the weight didn't feel all that heavy so I'm happy. I think I'll keep working with 225 until there is no lower back pain at all.
One leg free weight ham curls - 2 45's x 9, 6 45 & 35 x 6
Donkey Calf Raises - 4 45's x 9, 8, 7

Monday - April 28
Db Bench Press
80's x 4, 75 x 6, 5
100 x 7, 5 (Tri's were toast after db bench, it hurts'em ya know :))
Crazy tricep machine - 2 sets
Db Curls - 45's x 9, 5 40's x 5 (Left arm was done after the first set)
Hammer curls - 30's x somethin or other

220, I'm trying to stay 220 while getting my squat and dl back up. Hopefully it works out.
