Post Workout Kool Aid

Here's a good post workout shake that tastes like a grape slushie.

10oz water
10 ice cubes
1 serving TwinLab Carb Fuel - Grape
Strawberry whey protein - 30-40g

Carbs - 100g
Protein - 30-40g
Calories - 525-550

Seriously, this shake tastes like kool aid. I'd drink them all day if I could. Excellent shake for post workout replenishment of muscle and liver glucose.

Vox - I use either EAS Simply Whey or Optimum Nutrition Whey. The EAS tastes a little better by itself, but you can't tell the difference in the shake.
