The lighting makes me look too flat (and my bodyfat, but the lighting makes it look worse than it is), but you get the idea.

I heven't measured it in a long time, but it should be between 18.25 and 18.5 cold. It was 18" when I was 15 lbs lighter or so. Thus, even if it was all fat, my arm should be a bit bigger.

Are you asking because they look short in the picture? If so, it is due to the angle of the camera. You can get a good idea as to their length in the video I shot.

Those are some huge arms. Do you need a permit to carry those suckers?

I'm not the one who asked, but I noticed around a year ago that we're the same height (5'11", right?), yet your arms looks considerably shorter than mine. Whether mine are long, and yours are short, I do not know.

I have a friend who is a contest-winning amateur, and he too is the same height as myself, yet his arms are about 4 inches shorter. Ultimately, I'm not so sure that it's an advantage that one's arms are "short", per se, but it obviously is advantageous to have the "right" tendon insertions, ala your hero, Casey Viator.

His arms prolly look short cause they're so big around. I have the same problem in a different part.

My arms look hella long and gangly now, but when I was big they looked extremely short.
