View Full Version : Help for "Post Easter Pig-out"

I'm cutting, and I havent had a bad cheat in awhile, and today, ham, cheesecake, loads of easter candy just went down real fast. I'm really warm right now and feel my heart beating quite high (sugar high?) and just wondering what to do tomorrow. Is there and specific things I can do to minimize fat storage after a binge? I'm around 1800-2000 cals a day right now and easily doubled that (maybe, well good chance, actually I did)

I plan morning cardio tomarrow on empty stomach as I always do, HIIT sprinting on a nice hilly roads in my neighborhood, going to be straight forth clean diet from now on :)

just acknowledge that its a cheat day, and move on.

tip: dont cut around the holidays

yeah just think of it as a reward for all your hard work you have done in the gym. and continue with your normal week

LOL! I had an Easter pig-out too. I plan on doing some cardio and just get back on my excercise program.

And I think you're really warm because you body is burning all the calories you took in.

Same here. I am hoping it will help me though. My appetite has been down. Though I probably didn't need to eat that white chocaltae bunny.
Got some pumpkin pie in the firdge,its a vegetable right??
