So, here's the deal.

I've read there's approximately 20-25 grams of protein in 100 grams of chicken. But does this suggest the chick's prepared or what? You know, there's a whole lot of water, liquid in meat - so when I done fried 300 grams I'm left with...170 grams or something - 'cos the water is gone. What am I supposed to think?

You're supposed to think that although the thing is a lot lighter due to fluid loss it still has the same amount of protein as before. It's 20 gr per 100 gr raw.

Ya, I think it has the same amount of protein cooked or uncooked.(if that's what you're asking)

You dont lose the protein. Thats like saying, if you go in a sauna and lose 5lbs of water weight, how much of that was fat? None, it was water :)
