So, here's the deal.
I've read there's approximately 20-25 grams of protein in 100 grams of chicken. But does this suggest the chick's prepared or what? You know, there's a whole lot of water, liquid in meat - so when I done fried 300 grams I'm left with...170 grams or something - 'cos the water is gone. What am I supposed to think?
