Since youíre supposed to keep fat and protein fairly low on refeed days, how does that affect on days where you have a refeed for like half a day, like at the beginning or ending half of the day? Will the amount of protein and fat you intake on the half day youíre not refeeding with carbs affect anything, like promote more fat storage where it actually hinders the benefits Iím supposed to be getting from leptin levels?

Once you begin your refeed then just keep fat intake to a minimum, and try and get most of your protein in before or after the refeed. I would probably go with a refeed in the evening over a refeed in the morning, if I had the choice.

Leptin increases during overfeeding, and as long as you keep carbs and fat seperate then it will be fine. Just make sure you take in adequate carbs to cause a little spillover so as to increase leptin levels.
